在成为亚美至尊国际集团的总裁兼董事总经理之前，欣迪曾先后在纽约 (New York City) 及圣地亚哥 (San Diego) 　任职于美林国际集团（Merrill Lynch）、富达投资集团（Fidelity Investments ）及摩根大通投资公司（JPMorgan Chase），在此期间她积累了丰富的专业知识和经验。欣迪在仁斯利尔理工学院拉里管理和技术学院(Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute - The Lally School of Management and Technology) 获得MBA学位，并在纽约大学 (New York University) 及南加利福尼亚大学 (University of Southern California ) 完成专业进修并取得许多的专业执照与证书。拥有在中国和美国生活，学习与工作的经历，欣迪能使用汉语和英语熟练的进行口语和书面的交流。

欣迪的职业理念是客户关系应建立在诚信、承诺及交流的基础上。通过为顾客提供财产积累、保值、增值、分配及遗产规划等方面的专业管理，并成为广大顾客在人生的不同阶段中不可缺少的伙伴。由于欣迪她自己就是只身来美的第一代中国移民，她能充分认识和理解在美国，特别是涉及到财务事宜的问题及挑战。她也非常了解，中国以及美国的文化和传统的特点与区别，来更好地帮您出谋划策和排忧解难。

欣迪和她的爱犬Lucky居住在南加利福尼亚州的新港海滩市（Newport Beach）。业余时间，她喜欢打高尔夫, 跳国标舞, 公众演讲, 打网球, 学习法语, 读历史、听古典音乐和旅行。

目前，欣迪是万年青高尔夫球协会（All Green Golf Association）的公关副会长及佩利肯希尔高尔夫俱乐部（Pelican Hill Golf Club）的会员。她也是新港中心公共演讲俱乐部(Newport Center Toastmasters Club) 的成员，在那她还是志愿导师，帮助喜欢公众演讲的孩子们提高他们的演讲技能。

欣迪还是国际慈善顾问协会（International Association of Advisors in Philanthropy），橙县慈善顾问协会（Orange County Chapter of Advisors in Philanthropy），离婚财务分析师协会（Institute for Divorce Financial Analysts）以及南加州香港协会（Hong Kong Association of Southern California）的会员。此外，她还以志愿者的身份积极参加一些地方非盈利性组织的活动；她热衷于帮助贫弱儿童，为他们提供医疗援助和教育机会。

Being the President and Managing Director of Royal Global Group as well as the Vice President of CONCERT International; Cindy developed her expertise, knowledge and experience at Merrill Lynch, Fidelity Investments and JPMorgan Chase in New York City and San Diego.

Cindy obtained her MBA from The Lally School of Management and Technology at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and completed professional continue education at New York University and University of Southern California.

Cindy's practice philosophy is to become an essential lifelong partner to those who have trusted her to advise on accumulation, preservation, protection, distribution, estate and legacy planning. She believes in building a long-last client relationship based on trust, integrity, commitment and communication.

Cindy enjoys working with clients and is passionate about assisting client in achieving their financial goals and objectives. Coming to United States by herself to pursue further education and career in US Cindy is fully aware of how challenging it can be for most of first generation immigrants when it comes to financial matters. She understands the Chinese as well as American cultures and traditions. Cindy is fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English.

Currently, Cindy is the Vice President of Public Relation of All Green Golf Association and member of Pelican Hill Golf Club. Cindy is a member of Newport Center Toastmasters Club; she is a mentor to highschool students who are interested in improving their public speaking skills.

Cindy is also a member of International Association of Advisors in Philanthropy and Orange County Chapter of Advisors in Philanthropy and Institute for Divorce Financial Analysts. Cindy is a member of Hong Kong Association of Southern California.

Cindy resides in Newport Beach, California. In her spare time, Cindy spends time with her dog and enjoys golf, tennis, ballroom dance, public speaking, learning French, history, classical music and travel.
