Greg Ye

葉衛剛，註冊會計師，永道會計事務所審計經理及中國部主管。
組及廣東，畢業於上海交大管理學院，曾在廣東輕工進出口公司從事
進出口業務及在農業銀行國際業務部實習。九一年赴美，九三年獲會
計碩士，並於同年在全美註冊會計師考試中獲第二名。現維佳州註冊
會計師及全美註冊管理會計師。
本事務所為全球六大會計事務所之一，中國部專門為大陸、台灣、香
港及旅美華人企業提供審計、投資及稅務策劃和管理諮詢服務；並為
有意投資亞太地區的美國企業提供相應服務。本人專長為提供公司上
市，融資及購併所需之審計和策劃活動。
本人熱心社區活動，是本會創始會員，九七至九八年度理事及財務長。
目前並擔任交大校友會財務長，大專校友聯合會理事，及下述協會成員：
加州國際銀行家協會、L.A.風險投資協會、四海華商會及華人商會、
同業公會。

Greg (Weigang) Ye, CPA, CMA, is an audit manager in the Los
Angeles office of Coopers & Lybrand L.L.P., and a key member
of the Chinese Practice Group.
Born in Guangdong, China. Greg obtained his B.S. degree from
the management school of Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He
had prior international trade experience with the Guangdong
Light Industrial Product Import & Export Company, and inter-
national banking experience with The Agricultural Bank of
China. He came to America in 1991, obtained his Master of
Accountancy degree in 1993, and achieved the 2nd highest
score in the Uniform Certified Public Accountants Exam in
the nation in May 1993. He is currently a Certified Public
Accountant in the State of California, and a Certified
Management Accountant.
Coopers & Lybrand is a Big Six international professional
service firm. The Chinese Practice Group based in Los Angeles
specializes in providing accounting and auditing, tax
complacence and consulting, as well as a wide range of
corporate finance. Its consulting and business consulting
services for companies owned by investors from PRC, Taiwan,
Hong Kong and Southeast Asia, as well as companies founded
by Chinese American entrepreneurs. They also provide a full
range of accounting and consulting services for U.S. corpor-
ations interested in trade and investment opportunities with
China. Greg specializes in providing auditing, due diligence
and consulting services to Chinese companies interested in
going public, merger and acquisition, as well as other
business community in Southern California. He is a founding
member of the Chinese CEO Organization for 1997. He is also
the treasurer of the Chiao Tong University Alumni Association,
a director of the Joint Chinese College Alumni Association,
and a member of the International Bankers Association,
Los Angeles Venture Association, the Organization of Chinese
American Entrepreneurial advisory Network, and the Ntional
Association of Chinese American Bankers.
