陳燕妮生於杭州，長于北京，畢業於上海鐵道學院機械系鐵道車輛專業，畢業後 曾任北京铁路局助理工程師、《中國社會保障報》記者、中國作家協會北京分會會員。 1988年赴美，曾先後擔任《美東时报》记者、美國中文電視台記者、現為《美洲文匯 周刊》負責人。自1994年起先後出版个人著作《告訴你一個真美國》、《陳燕妮： 紐約意識》、《粉紅通知》、《遭遇美國：五十個中國人的美國經歷》、《陳燕妮： 再回紐約》、《美国之后》、《陈燕妮：洛杉矶已久》等著作。《美洲文匯周刊》 目前為八十餘版的綜合性雙周刊，发行范围遍及包括夏威夷、关岛在内的全美各洲， 創辦至今该报历史已达十二年。 Yanni Chen was born in Hangzhou, and grew up in Beijing, China. She graduated from Shanghai Railroad Institute, and is now in charge of SINO TIMES. "SINO TIMES" was initiated jointly in 1993. It was formally founded in 1994. Its distribution reaches to all 50 states. Since its first issue was published, "SINO TIMES" has swiftly and firmly established itself and has been very well received by the reading public among the various circles of the overseas Chinese, across the U.S.A. for Its unique style and unparalleled originality. During the process of running the journal, "SINO TIMES" has held spectacular activities among the overseas Chinese in America, such as the activity to solicit articles on "The Chinese Children in the U.S.A.", which was jointly sponsored by the Chinese Publishing House For Education And Science and the Jianlibao America, Ltd. |
