James He

何建，來自安徽。1977年畢業於淮北煤炭師範學院物理系，1987年留學加拿大學習
國際貿易，1990年7月來美。1993年創建中華印刷公司，經過幾年的艱苦奮鬥，中華
印刷從一個普通的印刷店發展成第一家大陸人在加州華人社區瓿有影響，能承接各
類印刷業務具有一定規模的印刷公司。公司從1995年開始接待來自中國北京、安徽、
東北及四川的各類團組的訪美考察，部斷地為中美文化科技交流做貢獻。1997年秋，
組建Nefootwear，經過不到半年的努力，公司已打入美國商業主流社會。成為美國
主要連鎖店Family Dollar的供貨商。

目前美国Eli T&T CORP（ETT CORP）公司总部位于美国西海岸南加利福尼亚州的洛
杉叽市市内。经营业务为先进机电一体化设备的研发设计，制造销售，技术咨询，
高新技术产品，国际市场开拓，专业人才培训等。

ETT公司的客户遍布全世界，其独立设计在中国工厂生产制造的汽车电机系列产品
已经成功进入美国以及欧洲的原厂整车配套市场以及售后服务市场包括美国福特汽
车公司，美国通用汽车公司，欧洲博世公司等。

ETT 公司生产经销的美国JV 品牌固体压缩设备，以其独特的专利技术，可靠的使
用性能以及出色的性能价位比深得世界各地工商客户的青睐，其客户包括世界500
强第一，也是全世界销售量最大的企业：沃尔玛百货零售集团。沃尔玛集团遍布
世界各地5000多家大型连锁百货公司的每一家都配备一台以上JV牌固体压缩设备，
包括在中国已经营业的31家和即将在未来的三年在亚洲地区要开张的300家。

ETT 公司主持设计生产的大型螺旋钢管生产流水线也已经成功进入东南亚市场。
2002年马来西亚订购的三条流水线价值420万美圆。

ETT在哈尔滨独资公司，将其在美国洛杉叽总部的机电高级娱乐设备系统，在哈尔
滨研制，其生产的具有人工智能的高级娱乐设备系统在美国同行业中处于领先地位。

近十年来，ETT公司为中国建设部，中国煤炭工业协会，上海物资集团总公司，
北京政府，安徽省人大，安徽组织部，中国兵器工业部，航天工业部，中国广播
电视部等组织了大批专业人员到北美，南美，欧洲和东南亚参加专业培训，专业
考察，大型机电设备采购，产品国际参展，招商引资。

James He, is from Anhui. He graduated from Huai Bei Teacher's College of
Coal Mine Industry, majoring in physics in 1977. After ten years working
as a quantum mechanics teacher, he went to Canada to study International
Trade for his advance study in 1987 and came to United States in July, 1990.
Mr. He started Eli International, Inc. in 1993, which is engaged in printing
business, international trading and US-Sino culture & science exchange.
At present, the company has set up two branches in China, for it's fast
expanding trading business in China.

Rotary Auto Electrical Product for the North and South American markets:
For over 10 years, with its ISO-9001 certified design and manufacturing
facilities in China, ETT Corp. has been serving leading auto electric
manufacturers in the world including Visteon for Ford, Bosch for European
vehicles and Rayloc for NAPA. ETT has designed and engineered full lines
Ford 3G, 4G, 6G, PMGR starters, 4" and 4-1/2" Mod; Delco CS130, CS130D,
CS121D, AD230, AD237 and 10MT, SD260, PG260M, PG260F2, PG260D starters,
Valeo PMGR Starters,Bosch 108 Series, Denso 120A & 136A IF alternators,
OSGR 1.2 &1.4KW starters; Mitsubishi PMGR and Mitsuba PMGR starters.

Heavy Industry Equipment: As the sole agent for Norhreinco, China,
ETT has been supplying Spiral Weld Pipe Mills and other heavy industry
machinery production lines in Southeast Asia and North America.

Material Handing Equipment: In 2002, ETT Corp. was rewarded "Vendor
of the Year" by Walt-Mart Corporation for its excellent full line service
of solid waste compactors for Walt-Mart warehouses all over the world.

Commercial & Residential Air-Conditioning Equipment: ETT engineered
AC parts have gained recognition by GE, Wirlpool for North American OEM
and aftermarket through its manufacturing facility located in Toronto, Canada.

Gaming Equipment: ETT is well recognized as the largest gaming equipment
researcher and manufacturer in China. With its manufacturing facility in
Harbin, China, ETT has 70% market share of automatic Majiang machine in
Japan and 50% of the Chinese market. The North American distribution is
through ETT Los Angeles warehouse logistic operation.

Food & Beverage Business: ETT is the first firm to market Harbin
Beer, known as the first beer in China since 1900, in restaurants and
food service chains in USA. ETT has invested in Swiss made production
lines for making peer juice and other organic fruit juices in Anhui,
China as well as in marketing these juices to Healthy Foods Chains in USA.

Magnetic Therapeutic Products: ETT has been working with the inventor
of the magnetic brush for human and for pets. They are being marketed
via home shopping TV network in North America and to be sold at mass
merchandise retail chain stores "As Seen on TV" after the first round
TV network promotion.

Fashion & Handbags: Genuine leather handbags made by ETT have been
displayed and sold in American high end department stores like Saks
5Th Avenue and Neeman Marcus.

Activated Carbon Products: Teemed up with the largest manufacturer
of activated carbon in China, ETT has been serving American water supply
industry with activated carbon filters. Over the counter or under the
sink reverse osmosis drinking water purifying systems made by ETT for
residential and commercial applications are sold in USA and Japan.

Stationery and Personal Healthcare: ETT is the importer of China
made stationery and personal healthcare product for American Red
Cross and many non-profit organizations.

Ceramic Figurines and Giftware: ETT is a reliable vendor for container
loads of ceramic figurines and general giftware to North America and
Middle East countries.

Organic Fertilizer:ETT is the exclusive marketing firm for the patented
granulated odorless organic chicken fertilizer in the world.
Medical Equipment: With its liaison with China Instrument Import
and Export Corp., ETT has exported US made, the world first liver
dialysis machine to China. Meanwhile,ETT has also provided professional
consulting services for manufacturers government agencies both in China
and in North America.

Windmill: ETT is the manufacturer for the patented high efficiency
windmills which can produce 300% more electricity compared to
conventional windmills. The pilot project sponsored by California
State government and Edison Utility Corp. is in progress at Palm
Springs in California for the installation 100 windmills.
