栗亚博士于1985年毕业于北京大学，获经济学学士学位。同年留学美国，师从诺贝尔
经济学奖得主弗农·史密斯教授，于1992年获经济学博士学位。于1993年在美国加州
创建美诺医疗集团有限公司，担任美诺医疗集团董事局主席兼首席执行官至今。

美诺医疗集团在栗亚博士的领导下现已发展成为一个国际领先的集研发,生产,销售为
一体的跨国医疗集团公司. 美诺医疗集团多年来致力于开发安全, 抗菌,和感染控制为
核心技术的产品, 以期通过提高医疗器具的安全性和有效性,来实现其提高人类健康水准
的使命.美诺医疗集团产品销往世界50多个国家与地区，并正在不断快速成长。

栗亚博士积极致力于社区建设与慈善事业，多年来一直大力支持各种公益活动，赞助国际
直接救济组织10余年，其项目遍及世界众多发展中国家和地区。

栗亚博士长期以来一直积极资助,支持,参与并领导华人社区活动. 他现任美国美中工商协
会名譽主席,美国百人会会员，美国南加州华人社团联合会监事长,美国北京联合会创始人及董事,
美国南加州北京大学校友会理事,长春市人民政府经济顾问,以及美国国际实验经济学研究基金
会董事. 栗亚博士于2011年1月当选为“2010年中国经济十大新闻人物”。

Richard Y. Lee, Ph.D. graduated from Peking University in 1985 in Economics.
Conducting his graduate studies in the United States, he received his Doctorate
of Philosophy degree from the University of Arizona under the guidance of
Dr. Vernon Smith, 2002 Nobel Prize Laureate. He then taught as an Assistant
Professor of Economics at Gettysburg College, Pennsylvania. In 1993, he founded
Amsino Medical Group in California, and has been Chairman, President, and CEO
ever since.

Under his leadership, Amsino has grown from a start-up company to a multinational
conglomerate, with R&D, manufacturing and distribution facilities in the US and
in Asia. As a leading developer and manufacturer of disposable medical products,
Amsino is dedicated to advancing healthcare worldwide to help improve the safety
and effectiveness of patient care, and its products can be found in the US and
more than 50 other countries.

Dr. Richard Lee is actively involved in many community and charity activities
and has been a sponsor of Direct Relief International for over 10 years,
supporting charity programs in many developing countries.

Dr. Richard Lee is recognized as one of the most influential leaders in the
Chinese American community and is serving as Honorary Chairman of Chinese CEO
Organization, Member of the Committee of 100, Economic Advisor of Changchun
Municipal Government, Board Director of the International Foundation for Research
in Experimental Economics, Board Director of Beijing Association USA, and Board
Director of Peking University Alumni Association of Southern California.
In January 2011, he received the honorary title of “2010 Top 10 News Figures
in China’s economy”.
