潘明（Andrew M. Pan）是華美銀行資深副總裁兼中國業務部主管，負責大中華區和
美國之間的商業和個人銀行業務服務。潘明先生的工作主要是中國業務的拓展以及協助華
美銀行在大中華區的發展。

潘明先生之前任職為中國深圳驻北美经贸代表处首席代表，負責中國深圳和北美之間的經
貿往來。他對進入市場、商業發展、採購和外包、政府關係等方面有豐富的經驗，對中國
企業 “走出去”海外拓展也有很專業的瞭解。

潘明先生畢業於國際關係學院（中國北京），在上海財經大學取得經濟碩士學位，在進入
經濟和金融領域前，他曾在深圳多個政府部門工作過。

Andrew M. Pan is the Senior Vice President, China Business Banking at East West Bank
(Nasdaq: EWBC), a full-service commercial bank serving consumers and businesses
throughout the U.S. and in Greater China. His major responsibilities are developing
and implementing China strategies, China business development, and coordinating Greater
China operations for the bank.

Until recently stepping down as Chief Representative and Managing Director and assuming
the role of Senior Advisor, Mr. Pan was the primary official contact of the City of Shenzhen
in North America and oversaw the daily operation of Los Angeles/New York based North
American Representative Office of Shenzhen, China (NAROS), which is a bilateral trade and
investment promotion office of Shenzhen.

With his years of experience both in China and the U.S., Mr. Pan is a seasoned professional
on market entry, business development, sourcing and outsourcing, as well as government
relations for overseas companies to do business in China and for China based companies to
develop “Go Global” strategies.

Prior to NAROS, Mr. Pan served as different titles at various government agencies in
Shenzhen, China.

Mr. Pan received a master of economics from Shanghai University of Economics and Finance
and a bachelor of economics from Institute of International Relations, Beijing.
