薛杨: (总裁,传奇科技公司) 国家特聘专家、正高级工程师、美中工商协会荣誉主席、美国华裔教授协会终身会员、国家欧美同学会常务理事、国务院百名华侨华人专业人士“杰出创业奖”、“重点华侨华人创业团队奖”获得者。 现任乐辰科技公司董事长，美国传奇科技集团总裁，长期致力于基层卫生信息化、全科医学与医疗健康大数据、人工智能领域技术研究和产品研发及成果转化工作，主持承担国家云计算工程、国家科技支撑计划、科技惠民计划、火炬计划、星火计划等十余项国家级重大工程项目和重点研发项目。 2018年受聘为青岛大学首席教授、千人创新产业研究院院长兼健康医疗大数据研究中心主任、一流学科带头人，其医疗大数据项目被列为青岛大学服务山东省新旧动能转化十大重大工程之一。 Jason Xue: (President, Saga Technologies) Graduated from Harbin Institute of Technology in 1996 and received his Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering. In Feb 1997, Mr. Xue came to California, US and pursued studies Azusa Pacific University, where he received the Master of Science in Computer Science the next year. In his early career, Mr. Xue has served as Sr. Consultant, Sr. Manager, Director of Software Development etc positions in several software companies such as IntelliRisk, RiverOne and Flectech Inc. Mr. Xue is specialized in the software development, system integration in supply chain management. He has led the development and implementation for several large global supply chain systems such as SLX for Sony Electronics of America, eHUB for Universal Scientific Industrial, UPS and Ryder etc global manufacturers and logistics providers. Mr. Xue has practiced supply chain consultancy in the following counties United States, Canada, Mexico, Malaysia, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Mainland China . In 2003, Mr. Xue became the President of Saga Technologies, where he brought his 8 years experience in software consulting, and successfully led the company into a global IT consulting firm that provides software development and technical consulting to County of Los Angeles, City of Los Angeles, as well as IBM, Kaiser Permanente, ClearPath Networks etc companies. |
