He graduated from Computer Science & Engineering Department of UCLA in 1990. He established Richvalley Realty in 1992 and began to pursue his career in residential and commercial real estate investment, sales and appraisal. He is the president of the company and possessed both real estate broker and appraiser licenses. He not only has many years' experience in real estate business, but also provides his professional knowledge in real estate appraisal to analyze the market value, equity potential and existing defects of the property his customers look for.
