張國興（Kenny Chang）是加州最大華人保險經紀公司華興保險（KCAL Insurance Agency）的創始人和總裁。
張先生於1984年開始從事保險行業，1992年創立華興保險，從兩名員工的公司規模穩健發展至今，全公司現在擁有150多位持有專業執照的保險經紀人，服務據點遍佈南加州，並在中國長沙、台灣台北市設立售後服務中心。創業早期，他就決定要打破傳統華人保險零散的經營方式，堅持企業化、專業化商業模式，與政府、各大保險機構和醫療網建立戰略合作夥伴關係，並貫徹「對您的關心永不打烊」的理念。
事業發展同時，張國興也不忘初心，積極投身並回饋華人社區。他連續十五年透過洛杉磯當地廣播電臺《美麗人生》欄目向華人社區分享、宣導最新資訊，組織免費企業雇主研討會、提供獎學金鼓勵學生學習華語中文知識。他也曾擔任2015年世界夏季特奧會哈崗接待城市主席。
華興保險已累積為超過五千家企業提供全方面的保險服務，個人客戶超過10萬，成爲美國華人保險經紀業的領航者。獲得諸多保險公司嘉獎，不僅成爲加州全保全加州銷售頂尖經紀，也是藍盾、藍十字、健康網、凱薩醫療等多家保險公司連續多年的銷售總冠軍。在人壽保險領域，華興保險也是MDRT百萬頂級圓桌多年的榮譽會員。2016年華興保險和總裁張國興被授予加州榮譽中小企業和企業家稱號。

Kenny Chang is the founder and President of KCAL Insurance Agency, one of the largest and most well-known Chinese American insurance agencies in California.
Kenny Chang began working in the insurance industry in 1984 and founded KCAL Insurance Agency in 1992. What began as a single office in Hacienda Heights has now expanded to multiple locations throughout Southern California, and even after-hour Service Support Centers in Changsha, China and Taipei, Taiwan. What started as a two-person business has now evolved into a company with more than 150 licensed insurance agents. “We’ll always be there for you” has become KCAL’s business philosophy, emphasizing professionalism and commitment to providing unsurpassed customer service and quality insurance products to clients. From early on, Kenny envisioned a modern and corporate business model, rather than the traditional and decentralized local individual agent model. He also partners strategically with various federal, state, and local government organizations, A-rated insurance carriers and major medical networks.
During the developing stages of his business, Kenny continued to stay actively involved in the Asian American community, staying committed to taking social responsibility by giving back to the community while simultaneously hoping to empower Asian Americans in the community. For 15 consecutive years, Kenny has been hosting his weekly radio show “A Beautiful Life” on KAZN AM1300, the local radio station in the Greater Los Angeles Area, helping the community stay updated with the latest information. He also hosts free business owner seminars, tax and labor seminars, and sponsors academic competitions by providing scholarships to encourage students and the younger generation to learn more about the Chinese language and culture. Kenny also served as the Chairman of Host Town Hacienda Heights of the 2015 Special Olympics World Summer Games Los Angeles 2015.
KCAL Insurance Agency has provided comprehensive insurance services for more than 5,000 businesses and over 100,000 clients, and has become the leading Chinese American insurance agency in the industry. KCAL Insurance has not only been recognized as one of Covered California’s top insurance agencies, but has also been awarded with the top sales in major insurance companies such as Blue Shield, Anthem Blue Cross, Health Net, and Kaiser Permanente. KCAL is also an honorary Top of the Table member of Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) and has been for many years. In 2016, Kenny and KCAL received the 2016 California Small Business and Entrepreneur of the Year.
