毕业于西安工程科技大学，曾留校任教。九十年代中期创办理士奥电池公司，
是从事密封铅酸蓄电池的研制、开发和制造的新型高科技企业。1999年在美国
成立理士国际集团。2001年成立深圳玛西尔电动车有限公司。

公司简介：
经过十余年的探索和发展，现已在巴西、印度、马来西亚和中国的广东、江苏、
上海、安徽等省市投资和合资兴建十个工厂。并在中国、美国、泰国、新加坡、
印尼等国成立了三十多个公司和办事处，组成了全方位、多元化的经济实体；
目前共有员工7000余人，其中中国员工6000余人；主业有电池、电源、电动车、
工模及注塑等。

Shenzhen Leoch Battery Co. was founded in 1994, Leoch Battery Corp.
in U.S.A was founded in 1999, and Shenzhen Marshell Green Power Co.
Ltd was founded in 2001.Through more than 10 years of exploration
and development, now Mr. Dong has invested more than ten factories
in India, Malaysia and China's Guangdong, Jiangsu, Shanghai, and
Anhui provinces and set up more than 30 companies and offices in
China, the United States, Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia and other
countries, which formed a wide range of economic entities--Leoch
Enterprise. There are more than 7,000 employees in Leoch Enterprise
by now, including over 6,000 Chinese employees.They are in line with
battery, power supply, electric vehicles, plastic injection, mold
tooling and etc.
