Hongkiu Liu: a graduate of Northwestern University in 1976 and was awarded a Master's degree in Automation in 1981. He was then employed as an automation engineer in the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry. Since coming to the United States in 1986, he has worked in a number of American companies specializing in computer and information systems. He has published US-China Trade Guide and is in charge of "Great China Forum", a website which extensively probes into the significant issues of Chinese politics, economy, diplomatic etc. and explores the path of the development of China. As the Director of Institute of U.S.- China Policy Research, LA) who aims at promoting the unity of China and its modernization, he widely seeks talent to establish an intelligence pool of overseas Chinese and devotes himself to providing various strategic plans. Hongkui Liu was also the first and second Vice-President of Chinese CEO Organization.
