Crystal L. Chen, PhD/CPA

Dr. Crystal L. Chen is an active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in California, U.S. . She is currently the CFO for Dr. Lan Academy, Inc., an online educational institution and the Global Finance Director for Cycle Link (U.S.A.) Inc.

She worked as the Chief Finance Officer(CFO) for QKL Stores Inc. a Nasdaq listing company and helped the company financed for about $55 million in 2009 and 2010. She gained experiences in investor's relationships, company budgeting and forecasting, SEC filing, company finance and managements. She also worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP( one of the big four CPA firms in the world) and other CPA firms and gained extensive experiences in Business consulting, merger and acquisitions auditing and internal controls.

She studied in Renmin University of China, University of Southern California and California State University, Los Angeles, and got her PhD in Finance, Masters in Business Administration, Bachelor's degree in accounting.

陈丽洁博士是美国加州注册会计师。目前担任美国Dr. Lan Academy, Inc.首席财务官，美国Cycle Link （USA）Inc的全球财务总监。她是美国华人联合总会副会长，中美会计师协会董事，中国辽宁省侨联海外委员，曾担任南加州中华科工会（CESAC）财务长并主持数届年会。

她曾任美国纳斯达克上市公司QKL Stores Inc.的首席财务官，在此期间为公司两度成功融资，总额达五千五百万美元。她取得了上市公司投资者关系，公司预算与财务控制，上市公司证监会申报，公司的融资和管理的丰富经验。她也曾就职于美国四大会计师事务所之一的普华永道公司等，取得了公司并购，转移定价，公司评估和资产评估，审计及内控等的丰富经验。

她就读于中国人民大学，美国南加州大学（USC）和加州州立大学洛杉矶分校，取得了金融学博士学位，工商管理硕士学位和会计学学士学位。
