Leping Huang

1978年考入西安电子科技大学计算机科学专业，学习4年毕业后，先后在
电子部研究所和设计院从事计算机控制工作。1987年取得中国首批高级
程序员资格证书。1991年在美国继续深造计算机专业，于1993年取得硕士
学位。之后的两年多时间里，在美国RMO公司负责计算机系统管理工作。
1996年，进入美国通用技术系统集成公司（G.T.S.I. CORPORATION），
公司从事系统集成和交钥匙工程，包括产品设计，生产线建立和工艺技术
转移等等，主要涉及的范围有电子，通讯，半导体等领域。2000年，出任
该公司总经理，成为公司核心领导之一。为了更好地扩大业务范围，2004
年，成立了吉泰科系统集团公司(G TECH SYSTEMS GROUP INC.)，现任该
集团公司付总裁，集团公司下属分别有IC芯片设计，模块设计，分立器件
产品，半导体生产线及工艺技术转移，石化工业设备和部件配备，新型建
筑材料开发和主题公园创意及设计等业务分公司和合资公司。集团公司在
北京设有北京分公司，在上海设有办事处。这些年，先后为中国许多家研
究单位和公司引进了半导体生产线和生产技术及其高科技产品，在业内享
有一定的知名度。

Leping Huang passed the entrance examination of China’s Xidian
University in 1978 and studied in the Department of Computer
Science and Technology. After graduated from school four years
later, Leping Huang worked as a computer controlling professional
in the research institute and designing institute of China
Electronic Technology Corporation and became one of the first
Chinese certificated senior programmers in 1987. Leping Huang
went to study in the United States in 1991 and had a degree of
Master in computer science and technology in 1993. Then she
worked for RMO as an administrator of the company’s computer
system for two years.

In 1996, Leping Huang went into G.T.S.I. Corporation. The company
provided integrated systems and turnkey solutions, including
product designing and building and transferring production lines
and technologies in the industries of electronics, communications
and semiconductor. In 2000, Leping Huang took up the post of
General Manager and became a member of the company’s leadership.
In 2004, G Tech Systems Group Inc. was established as a result of
fast growing business. Leping Huang has been a Vice President of
the group up to now.

The group company consists of G.T.S.I. Corporation and other
companies in the businesses of IC and module design, discrete devices,
semiconductor FAB and technology and process transfer, petrochemical
equipment and assemblies, new construction material development and
theme park original and concept design and fabrication. The group has
a branch company in Beijing and an office in Shanghai. The group has
introduced and transferred semiconductor FABs and production
technologies and high-tech products to many Chinese research institutes
and companies over the years, which is well-known in these industries.
