簡介

永霸控股集團下屬有三個公司：永霸科技、永霸國際和永霸物流。
永霸科技：主要項目是開發鋰電子聚合物、燃料電池、可充式助听器
電池及高性能充電器。

永霸國際：已成為美國著名的電池、電筒、充電器的貿易代理商，每
年銷售電池近億只。擁有“勁霸”品牌，以及獨家許可的
“ACDelco”品牌的使用權。

永霸物流：為永霸國際、勁霸電池提供倉儲、物流及配送服務，同時
也為其他客戶提供相應的服務。永霸物流當前在西部和東部
工有兩個倉庫在運作。

JNR Holding: (three diversified business units)
Powermax Technology, Powermax International and Powermax Distribution.

Powermax Technology is the core business unit of JNR Holding, concentrated to
develop advanced technology and equipment for batter industry. Our R&D team
in China is also developing new charging technology for battery chargers and
rechargeable hearing aids silver oxide batteries. Our services include:
consulting, technical support and equipment developing, and so on.

Powermax International markets Powermax™ brand products that consist of
batteries, flashlights, and chargers. Powermax USA operation has been very
successful in building market share in North American market. With new
license agreement between Powermax and General Motor Company, we have
started exclusively marketing the famous "ACDelco" dry cell batteries,
flashlights, and chargers.

Powermax Distribution provides distribution service to Powermax USA Inc.
as well as other clients, offering all types of services including warehousing,
trucking, packaging, and the capability to handle a variety of other service
needs. Powermax Distribution is currently running two warehouse facilities
in both East Coast and West Coast.
