易通国际是一家信息和通信科技解决方案运营商， 罗先生是公司的CEO。他曾经担任中国移动美国公司总经理，也担任过香港上市公司润迅通信的执行副总裁，后来出任润迅通信控股的COO。除了上述经历以外， 他还在美国创立了兆特网通以及91bnb短租公司。在来美国以前， 他在中国电信广东公司服务近10年， 历任高级工程师、科长、副处长等职位。罗先生分别在华南理工大学获得通信和电子系统以及纽约州立大学石溪分校的管理和政策的硕士学位。
Eton International is an Information and Communication Technology solution provider. Mr. Luo is the CEO of the company. Prior to this position, he had ever worked for China Mobile (USA) as the President. Before that, he was the EVP to supervise all operations in both North America and Europe on behalf of China Motion Telecom, a listed company in Hong Kong . Later he was also appointed as the COO for China Motion Holdings. Besides the above experience, he also started up Megatel and 91bnb as an entrepreneur. Before he came to the States, he had worked for China Telecom Guangdong branch, serving as engineer, section chief and the deputy director respectively, for nearly 10 years. Mr. Luo received his MS degree in Electronic and Communications System from South China University of Technology and his MS degree in Management and Policy from State University of New York at Stony Brook.
