Jason Wei

Mr. Jason Wei is Vice President of Business and Technology Services at
City National Bank, where he manages the company’s Business Intelligence
division. Los Angeles-based City National Bank is the largest Southern
California based bank ranked by assets. As of September 30th, 2010,
City National Bank has 21.8 billions assets and offers a full complement
of banking, trust and investment services through 74 branches, including
17 full-service regional centers, in Southern California, the San Francisco
Bay Area, Nevada and New York City. The company delivers specialized and
highly personal service and complete financial solutions to entrepreneurs,
professionals, their businesses and their families.

Before joining City National Bank, Mr. Wei held management and technical
positions with numerous prestigious international firms including J. P.
Morgan Chase, HSBC, First Data in United States, Charoen Pokphand in
Thailand and Lenovo in China. Mr. Wei graduated with a M.S. in IT Management
from Creighton University in 1997 and a B.S. in Computer Science from Fudan
University in 1991.
