杨卫宁女士是美国Chen Yoshimura律师事务所合伙人律师，其业务主要涉及
知识产权诉讼、专利准备和申请、专利管理、知识产权审计和尽职调查、知识产权
战略计划、许可协议谈判、以及为客户提供专利侵权和有效性、周边设计和消除侵
权产品(运营自由)等方面的法律咨询服务。同时，杨女士还代理美国国际贸易委员
会的专利和商标调查案件。其技术领域涵盖生物技术、制药和化学、医疗器械、半
导体仪器和材料、以及家用电器。

杨女士律师毕业于北京大学，在美国获得律师执照，有丰富的代理中国客户在美国处
理知识产权纠纷和谈判的经验，她所代理的中国电池协会在美国的有关电池的337条
款调查案已在国际贸易委员会胜诉。她也代理过多家中国公司在美国的知识产权纠纷
案及专利申请。为此，杨女士曾接受过多家中外报纸和杂志就中国的知识产权相关问
题的采访。

在从事法律工作之前，杨女士曾是AMGEN的分子和细胞生物部的研究员。她的博士论
文是在科罗拉多大学医学院完成的。杨女士曾单独和与人合著了许多文章，并在国家
级刊物上发表，包括《分子细胞生物杂志》、《病毒学》、《当代基因学》和《中国
生化杂志》等。

杨女士于1983年和1986年分别获得北京大学生物学士学位和生物化学硕士学位，并
于1994年获得洛杉矶Loyola法学院法律博士学位。杨女士是美国联邦上诉巡回法庭
以及美国地方联邦法院加州中区法庭注册律师、美国加利福尼亚州注册律师，同时也
是美国专利和商标局注册专利律师。

杨女士是美中工商协会的创始会员之一. 现任美中工商协会名誉主席.

Wei-Ning Yang is an attorney and partner at the law firm of Chen Yoshimura LLP.
Her practice covers a broad range of intellectual property (IP) matters including
IP litigation, patent portfolio management, IP audit and due diligence review,
client counseling in the areas of infringement and validity of patents, and patent
prosecution with an emphasis on the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and chemical
areas. Her experience also includes handling patent and trademark investigations
before the U.S. International Trade Commission.

Wei-Ning Yang has been named in Los Angeles Magazine as a "Rising Star," and also
has been featured by The Recorder, an American Lawyer Media publication. She is
also a frequent speaker of IP issues to Chinese law firms, trade associations,
government and business entities, and universities.

Wei-Ning received her B.S. and M.S. from Peking University and her J.D. from Loyola
Law School. Prior to practicing law, Wei-Ning Yang worked in Amgen’s Molecular and
Cellular Biology Department. She also performed Ph.D. work at the University of
Colorado Health Sciences Center with focuses on Molecular Biology and Immunology.
She is admitted to the bar in California and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark
Office.

Weining is a founding member, and now an Honorary Chairwoman, of the Chinese CEO
Organization.
