陳軍，天津人。畢業於天津外國語學校英文專業和天津財經學院國際貿易專業。
自1975年起至今，從事國際貿易20餘年。曾先後服務於天津機械進出口公司，
天津機械設備進出口公司，美國津聯有限公司，中國技術資料進出口公司，
天津開發區進出口公司等外贸企業。歷任業務員、翻譯、副科長、經理、總經理
等職務。1992年，創辦天慶(天津)貿易服務有限公司，主營進口汽車銷售業務。
1993年，移民美國。先後創辦美國永盛實葉有限公司、美國永豐投資有限公司、
美國三旺集團公司。經營範圍：燈具、機械、五金等。

1996年，共同發起創辦”美中工商協會”，經民主選舉，當選為首任會長。
第三屆美中工商協會副會長。

John Chen. From Tianjin, China. Educated at Tianjin Foreign Language
School, English Division, and Tianjin Institute of Finance and Economics,
International Trade Dept. More than 20 years experience in foreign trading.
Served at Tianjin Machinery Imp. & Exp. Corp, Tianjin Machinery & Equipment
Imp & Exp Corp, TEDA Imp & Exp Corp., as business clerk, interpreter,
department manager, chief director and general manager, etc. In 1992,
established Tianqing (Tianjin) Trading Service Co., Ltd, specialized in
the automobile business.

Immigrated to U.S.A since 1993, and established Prosperous Ent (USA) Inc.,
Ample Investment (USA) Inc., and Savant Group. Business Scope: Lighting
fixtures, machinery and metal products.

1996, jointly founded the Chinese CEO Organization and was elected
the first Chairman in Chinese CEO Organization history.
