Chinese CEO Organization was founded in September 1996. It is a non-profit mutual 
benefit membership organization duly organized and existing under the laws of the 
State of California. 

Members of Chinese CEO Organization include successful Chinese business executives
and professionals who operate private business enterprises or provide professional 
services in the United States. Most of them came to the United States after China 
began its "open door" policy in the late 1970's and early 1980's. Many members study
in graduate schools for business, science, engineering, law, accountancy, etc., and 
obtained their master and doctorate degrees. Later they have merged with the main 
stream American society and successfully established their own businesses or 
advanced their professional careers in almost all commercial, trade and professional 
service areas. 

Chinese CEO Organization was established for the purpose of promoting the further 
development in commercial trade and other economic activities between the United 
States and China. It was also established for the purposes of providing mutual
benefits in business expansion and career advancement for its members, increasing 
the interaction and cooperation among its members, and protecting the rights and 
interests of its members.
 
In the past years, Chinese CEO Organization has hosted many international trade 
delegation groups from China and made arrangement for them to visit local 
commercial establishments, established friendship relations with many commercial 
and trade organizations in China, and sponsored a series of seminars related to 
various topics including international trade, business management, financial
investment, legal and tax concerns, etc. It has also participated in a wide variety 
of local community programs and activities.
